Welcome to the Millennial’s Guide to Charity! This website hopes to demystify the process of trying to be a giving person without becoming an expert in non-profit finance.

I’ve been working in non-profits of various sizes the past few years, and have found that it is my passion. However, as I talked to my friends, it became clear that they didn’t know a lot about how to give back to charities, even when they wanted to. This site is here to make it easier for you to give back in the way that best fits your millennial lifestyle and here’s a secret: non-profits want millennials’ attention! There are plenty of articles detailing this written by people who study millennials from afar, but I am one of y’all — a millennial who has a giving heart, sees many wrongs in the world that need to be made right, but does not have a large endowment to give.
